Monitoring & Analytics
BEM Controls surveys your facilities and collects data through observing your buildings' energy consumption. The collected data is used to create a ‘digital twin’ of your facility that helps us predict energy usage and impact. Using digital models and data analytics tools, we give you deep insights into how your facilities are beings used, and where the inefficiencies are.
Building Energy Modeling
We generate 3D models to identify what steps can be done to make your facilities more efficient. Our "digital twins" simulate actual buildings very closely, so we can confidently predict how to best optimize the system. Using state-of-the-art modeling software approved by American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), the 3D model simulates energy control that minimizes energy usage, without actually experimenting on the actual building, so that you don’t end up with unhappy occupants!

Control
This is where a lot of ‘building energy consultants’ fall short – they monitor your building for a period, give you a few energy recommendations and leave with their fee. Not BEM Controls. We implement and put you in control using our award-winning WiseBldg system. WiseBldg lets you monitor your facility AND control it – all from a single screen on your computer or even from your smartphone!
Pricing
BEM Controls offers a full spectrum of software products and associated services to our customers. Our offerings are particularly targeted at small- and medium-sized commercial building operators who are not served by other players in the market. WiseBldg is low-cost and vendor agnostic, allowing end users to connect existing hardware to the state-of-the-art WiseBldg platform.
BEM Controls offers several different ways for clients avail our services and/or purchase WiseBldg. End users can lease the WiseBldg platform on a monthly basis through a software-as-a-service model or pay upfront for one or more years of service.
